If you are already a member, then you will login by using login name, provided by IBA Alumni department, and your password. If you are  currently not a member, then you will be required to submit pertinent information through ‘register’ link displayed on the main page of the website.
In both the cases, you can search your profile by typing your name, year of graduation, related program, date of birth, father's name etc. In case of a member, a template will appear on the screen showing all details pertaining to  personal, academic and professional profile. But in case of a non-member, only name, graduation year, name of organization and city will appear. This way, accessibility of data to a member, will be much higher than to a non-member.
Now, the member and the non-member can update their profiles and submit the same through ‘Submit button’ to IBA Alumni Manager for updating the database.
The Alumni Manager will check the authenticity of the submitted information and shall then replace the previous data with this update.
As soon as the database is updated, the system will automatically send an email to the member and non-member about the same. The system will also provide a ‘login name’ to the new member.
